Winterize, change oil, service generator, install tire valve extensions, overall inspection. Work was thorough, service desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Facility is comfortable for waiting for work to finish on my RV.

Oil change, A/C service, slideout adjustment, surge protector installation The slideout adjustment could not be done by two other Holiday Rambler dealers. They could not even diagnose the problem although I had told them I was sure that was why it leaked. CW found the problem and fixed it.

Additional Air Conditioner installed Took way too long plus serviceman left at 5pm, I was not told and I sat until 6pm waiting. Came back the next day job was not done.R emote unit was not installed. Remote unit was short circuited; employee didn't know what he was doing. No other units in stock; still waiting Aug 21.
