We broke down at dark on a 2 lane road in the rain on the side of a mountain about 20 miles outside of Crossville, Tn. I called these folks for a tow into town because the engine had a broken serpentine belt. No regular RV places were open...I asked the owner if he could tow a 40ft. motorhome, he said sure and asked what the problem was...I told him, and he then asked if I just wanted his man to put a belt on where we were broke down...That sounded great...He sent 2 men out in the rain and they crawled under the motorhome and replaced the belt. They were very nice young men and stayed around to make sure we were good to go... All work was done in a timely manner and very reasonable...I would not hesitate to contact this company again.
